How to access Patient information
The Patient page allows you to search for patients that you are currently assigned to. From the patient page, you can:
- Search - search for patients by first name, last name or birth date. When you find the patient you need, simply press their name in the list below.
- Info - From this screen you can view the patients personal information.
- Ins - From this screen you can view the patient's insurance, this includes all previous and current insurance policies for the patient.
- DX - Here you can view the patients diagnosis date and a brief description of the patient's diagnosis.
- Auth - On this screen you can view the patient's current and previous authorizations.
- Plans - This screen gives information about the patient's plan.
- Docs -Here you can view the patient's documents given they have been uploaded. NOTE: Only documents with a .pdf file extension will be viewable from the patient's documents.
Once the plan is selected the following options will appear
